Terms of Use - Matrix™
1. Free Trial Period:
Upon registering with Matrix™, you will be entitled to a 7-day trial period to evaluate our services. During this period, you will have full access to the game emulator and all its features. After the free trial period ends, you will need to purchase a license to continue using the service.
2. Obtaining a License:
During or after the trial period, you will have the option to obtain a license for the game emulator. The license will be granted to donors who contribute R$100, and upon acquiring it, you will automatically receive 30 days of use as a courtesy. Payment must be made via PIX "QR Code" directly on the user panel.
3. Monthly Payments:
After the first courtesy monthly payment ends, continued use will be charged monthly with a donation of R$50 for the Matrix™ services. Monthly payment renewal will be done automatically through the client panel. You can cancel the subscription simply by stopping donations.
4. Updates:
Donors will not need to make additional donations to receive updates and improvements to the game emulator. All updates will be provided at no additional cost to customers who have an active license.
5. Donation Value Changes:
The donation value for the license and monthly payment may be changed by Matrix™ when necessary. The donation value for the monthly payment may be changed every 6 months or more. Any changes in prices will be communicated to customers 30 days in advance, ensuring transparency in the process.
6. Transfer of Ownership:
The transfer of ownership of the license can be done by the license owner directly on the Matrix™ panel. The process may include identity verification and may be subject to a transfer fee of R$50, if applicable.
7. Client Responsibilities:
You are responsible for keeping your registration information up-to-date and for ensuring the safe and proper use of the game emulator. Any violation of the terms of use may result in the suspension or termination of services provided by Matrix™. It is your responsibility to ensure that the use of the emulator complies with local laws and regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability:
Matrix™ is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the emulator, even if Matrix™ has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms of Use will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Brazil/SC. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Santa Catarina.
